Over eating, excess spending, unhealthy relationships - with others as well as our selves, addictions of all kinds are often a result of unresolved emotional issues. By becoming aware of our behavior patterns and the effect unresolved conflict has within us, we are able to take those first steps to a lighter way of life.
Sometimes self awareness is all we need, and those first steps of recognition are often all it takes for us to take back control, steering our lives towards a new and healthy-thinking way of being.
In this course you will be invited to look at a number of aspects that hold you back and through visualisation and journaling sessions, uncover your blocks whilst taking those steps to resolving internal conflict.
What we will cover:
Self Love - Understanding the importance of self love, accepting the area’s in your life where you lack self love, recognising where and how you need to bring self love into your life.
Removing the labels - What are your labels? How do you think and feel about yourself? How has having these labels limited your growth or stopped you from moving forwards in your life.
Your Relationship with You - Recognising your worth. Too often we talk ourselves down and underestimate the value of what we have to offer both ourselves and others. When you value your unique gifts you honour your sense of self worth. Learn to recognise your worth and uncover the parts of you you are hiding.
Reconnecting with your values - Knowing and understanding your values will help you create and reinforce your personal boundaries. When life begins to feel out of control and we find ourself in conflict internally we may find we are having our values challenged. Once we understand those values we are able to understand our conflict, find our why and respond to that conflict with a clearer understanding. In this module you will be asked to explore your values and find a deeper connection with who you are.
Child's Play - Connect with your inner child and heal old wounds. When your inner child feels safe it will come out to play, sharing with you the innocence of the world and all it has to offer. Are you holding onto old wounds - creating bitterness within? Are you constantly reliving lives drama’s and leaving no room for new growth? It’s time to heal those wounds, put down your pain and see the world with new eyes.
